Lindsay Clements, CD(DONA)

When I gave birth to my first child I felt like Superwoman.

I thought surely no one has ever done this before. Yet it is exactly what women have been doing since the beginning of time. My husband, Tyler, and I went on to have three more children. All four births were very different, but each was a life-changing, joyful, and spiritual experience for us. I am passionate about helping women have positive birth experiences. The birth of our children is an event that shapes us as mothers and thus calls for us to be informed, well cared for, and joyful.

Betsy Pool, CD(CBI), Certified BRM Pro

My passion as a doula is empowering pregnant women to take control of their prenatal preparation.

I learned with my first pregnancy that birth is a huge physical feat, so I give you tools and simple movement exercises (that I wish I had back then!) which will train and balance your body specifically for the task at hand: pregnancy, birth, and recovery. I have given birth at a free-standing birth center twice and at home twice, so I am especially passionate in equipping you with the confidence & education to give birth where you want and in the way YOU desire.

Amber Stewart, CD(DONA)

My goal as a doula is for you to have the most positive, peaceful birth experience possible.

My first pregnancy brought challenges that forced me to adapt the plans I had made of how things would unfold. I was fortunate enough to be surrounded by supportive, knowledgeable women who helped me navigate these changes and still be able to say that bringing our son into the world was an amazingly positive experience! I’m passionate about helping you not only ease pregnancy discomforts, but providing the support you need to feel informed, empowered, and ready to make confident decisions for your birth experience.

Lauren Beabout, (DONA)

I firmly believe in the serene, powerful, and beautiful nature of birth – an experience not meant to be feared.

My passion for the sacred birth space began during my own birth experience, when my doula made all the difference in supporting me and my husband emotionally and physically through childbirth. It was a transformative experience that inspired me to pursue doula certification so that I could provide the same invaluable support to other families.
